Do you have any policies in place?

Yes as per The FA guidelines we have several policies and procedures in order to ensure the highest standards of child, parent and staff welfare. Please click on the link for more.

Do you have a complaints procedure?

We would hope that we have created an environment for
every child to feel safe and express themselves as a person
and player however we understand issues may unfortunately
arise. Attached is a link, if you need to make a complaint.

Do you have codes of conduct?

We have parents, players and coaches codes of conducts in place. These are all signed by the respective person and stored securely and safely. If you would like a copy, please get in touch.

What kind of training do the coaches have?

All coaches are minimum Level 2 in football qualified plus specific qualifications in futsal. Additionally staff have valid and up to date safeguarding, first aid and The FA Youth Award certification. We encourage staff to complete regular CPD to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

You don't run a session for my group?

We currently run sessions that have demand for them. We are an ambitious and forward thinking club, always looking to expand to allow us to offer more opportunities. Please get in contact on 07702 805109 to discuss how we can help.
